All Lessees must be signed on the lease and all rent due by the lease begin date must be paid prior to move in.  Carpets are shampooed, all surfaces cleaned and apartments will be painted before move in (does not apply to those apartments renewing or doing early move in). 

All keys are picked up at the Cambridge office at 919 W. Windom during regular business hours.
